Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep close eyes in order to attain an acceptable production limit and to ensure the implementation of the production schedule. If any production manager fails to achieve the production target, then the reason is to be found out from the production manager and he is to be guided for more production
∎ Prepare Production plan for the lines (manpower, machine and styles) and giving instruction to the Manager to ensure the delivery of the products within the stipulated time frame
∎ Analyze line performance based on work efficiency, man to machine ratio and cost/pieces and plan for continuous improvement
∎ Monitor hourly production and ensure correct method so that the production output is as per the desire limit
∎ Lead all production staff from the front and having good command on them.
∎ Acknowledgment of the order quantity in advance for making the production plan and to liaise with the Management and to give necessary directives to the Production Manager of the unit regarding the production plan
∎ Take responsibility during an audit by the buyer regarding compliance issues
∎ Take all necessary safety measures in connection with the production
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have Technical, Supply Chain & Social Compliance Audit Knowledge
∎ Proper Knowledge of 5S & WIP
∎ Having clear idea about the quality of garments and to guide his subordinates to take necessary corrective measures if there is any problem of quality so that garments can be made the exportable stage
∎ Must have knowledge on woven products such as Jacket, Blazer, Pant, Trouser
∎ Capable to make sample and lead a big production team
