Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the entire merchandising process for headwear, from product development to shipment.
∎ Lead and guide the merchandising team, ensuring smooth coordination between departments.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with buyers, handling inquiries, negotiations, and approvals.
∎ Negotiate pricing with suppliers and buyers to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
∎ Monitor order progress, ensuring timely raw material sourcing and on-time delivery.
∎ Collaborate with the QA team to ensure buyer specifications and quality standards.
∎ Prepare reports on sales, orders, and production status for senior management.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the top management.
