∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Department in any reputed University (DUET, RUET ,CUET, KUET are specially preferred)

∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Spinning
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsible for maintenance of 100000 spindle equipment of spinning machines.
∎ Ensure mechanical maintenance periodically.
∎ Ensure Utility maintenance, operation and management.
∎ Work for the development of current and upcoming projects including installation & commissioning of new machines.
∎ Ensure that the Mechanical installations of the factories are compliant according to national and international regulations like
∎ Work on different Mechanical CAP s given by relevant buyers.
∎ Plan and supervise Schedule maintenance of process machinery, Utility machinery and QC machines.
∎ Ensure for all sorts technical issues related to spinning machines Maintenance & utility services.
∎ Ensure to keeping and technical correspondences related to design, modification & development of new project.
∎ Ensure to Estimation, Requisition placement and co-ordinate with procurement department for the required spinning machine materials.
∎ Submit annual budget for Utility & Maintenance Dept.
∎ Co-ordinate with various dept. & ensure smooth operation of plant.
∎ Supervision of erection, commissioning of machinery.
∎ Can forecast spare part planning to achieve maximum output of machines and to reduce breakdown timing.
∎ Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.
∎ Exchange views with local / expatriate consultants to solve different problems.
∎ Any other tasks to done by Management time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Incumbent must be experienced 4 to 6 years as Sr. Manager position holding in any spinning mills industry.
∎ Total Job Experienced 10 to 12 years in any reputed Spinning Mills Ltd.
Salary: Negotiable
