• Bachelors in Industrial Engineering from reputed educational institute

• Experienced in similar position within reputed woven garments manufacturing unit.

• Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, equipment, and machinery used in production of woven Ladieswear or Jacket or Formal Shirt

• Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing principles, production analysis, and time study techniques.  

• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to improve production processes.

• Proficiency in IE software tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Job Context:-

• We are looking for three highly skilled and experienced professionals to lead and oversee IE operations across three product categories: Ladieswear, Jackets, or Formal Shirts. The positions are based at our 100% woven garments manufacturing facility in Mawna, Gazipur.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Plan and manage capacity, efficiency, and productivity improvements to support company goals.

• Establish and implement long-term and short-term strategies to drive performance improvement and manufacturing excellence.

• Set, monitor, and analyze KPIs related to efficiency, productivity, and resource optimization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional departments including merchandising, production, planning, and quality to align operational targets.

• Support top management with data-driven insights and reports for decision-making and strategic planning.

• Identify process bottlenecks and initiate corrective actions to improve line balancing, throughput, and cost control.

• Evaluate factory layouts and recommend enhancements to improve workflow and efficiency.

• Any other duties as assigned by management.
