• Experienced in a similar position within reputed woven garments manufacturing unit with European and American buyers

• Strong knowledge of quality control systems, compliance standards, and international garment quality requirements either in Ladieswear or Jacket or Formal Shirt

• Proven track record in Quality management within a garments manufacturing environment.

• Hands-on experience with AQL standards and inspection procedures.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Proficiency in MS Office and quality management tools.

Job Context:-

• We are looking for three highly skilled and experienced professionals to lead and oversee quality operations across three product categories: Ladieswear, Jackets, and Formal Shirts. The positions are based at our 100% woven garments manufacturing facility in Mawna, Gazipur.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Lead the quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) teams to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with buyer requirements. 

• Develop and implement quality control procedures to minimize defects and ensure on-time delivery. 

• Monitor production processes and provide guidance to ensure adherence to quality standards at all stages. 

• Conduct pre-production, in-line, and final inspections, ensuring compliance with AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards. 

• Communicate with buyers and address quality-related queries and issues effectively. 

• Train and mentor quality teams on updated inspection techniques and compliance standards. 

• Collaborate with production, merchandising, and technical teams to resolve quality issues promptly. 

• Prepare and present detailed quality reports to senior management for performance analysis and improvement. 

• Ensure compliance with relevant certifications and industry standards (e.g., ISO, WRAP, BSCI). 

• Coordinate and facilitate all types of technical audits and work on follow-ups and corrective action plans. 

• Continuously review and improve quality assurance processes to meet evolving market demands.
