Experience:
Candidate must have experience in garments industry.
Professional qualification in HR will be an added advantage.
Spearhead plant HR team.
Facilitate disciplinary action and ascertain welfare activities based on company policy.
Provide technical expertise on HR issues to staff and management.
Coach and train operational departments on various aspects of the business from Human Resource perspective.
Responsible for workforce planning, budget presentation, manpower budget, HR costing and presenting a hiring plan/market mapping and strategies.
Create and implement organizational development and change management strategies and procedures.
Ensure local and expat transport facilities with proper procedures.
Ensure company security SOP.
Maintain monthly manpower number, on the-time recruitment based on monthly projection and requirements to ensure multiskilled training for sustainable business and to recruit direct manpower.
Closely work with the process development team to achieve a man-to-machine ratio.
Find out the LTO reasons and take proper action to reduce them.
Ensure an effective plan for achieving monthly absenteeism targets. Ensure opportunity for the team to grow.
Ensure the implementation of 5S, lean principles in different department.
