Candidate must have hands on experience in floor HR activities for garments industry.
Any professional certification in HR will add advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Spearheading floor HR activities.
Drive key HR processes i.e Recruitment, Induction, Training & Development etc.
Supervise and work directly with employees and coordinate with different departments.
Effective utilization of resources to attain the production target in time.
Plan efficaciously & achieve monthly absenteeism target and turnover rate; analysis the absenteeism reason and take felicitous action to minimize absenteeism.
Facilitate disciplinary action and ascertain welfare activities based on company policy.
Encourage employees for learning and take initiative for staff and associates.
