Lead and manage HR day to day operation.
Drive talent acquisition initiatives and workforce planning aligned with business needs.
Manage employee relations, resolving issues with fairness, transparency, and compliance.
Lead organizational development and change management programs.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
Oversee performance appraisal process, ensuring consistency and fairness.
Provide guidance and support to managers all employees performance and improvement plans.
Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
Folllow & implement approved admin activity as per policy.
