Responsibilities & Context:
Must be a weaving expert.
Fabric development according to customers demand.
Responsible for increasing productivity, quality performance and yield through the application of Lean manufacturing process and continuous improvement. Also in charge of controlling the production process.
Ensuring effective production. Determining loom settings for new programs.
Have ability to do analysis all kind of fabrics swatch, GSM, Cover factor & ensure possible.
To do planning with consult with R&D and preparatory dept. Doing loom plan & follow up manpower.
To do manpower management and control perfectly.
Production Calculation. Regular communicate with different department.
