Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for run the business independently Oversee the day to day production and shipment of woven (Top, Bottom & Jacket) factory.
∎ Guide teams in solving technical challenges and addressing issues in development and production.
∎ Oversee budgeting, cost analysis, and optimization of resources (manpower, materials, and machinery) for profitable operations.
∎ Monitor and evaluate production workflows to ensure efficiency, on-time delivery, and adherence to quality standards.
∎ Evaluate business growth, maintain and achieve the target.
∎ Reducing Excess Over Time (EOT) through monitor and improve production and manpower efficiency.
∎ Focus on First Time Through (FTT), Non-productive Time (NPT) reduction, TNA, material loss prevention, and Cost per Minute (CPM) optimization.
∎ Convene daily production meetings and coordinate production schedules with Merchandising and Quality teams.
