  • Minimum Experience: 10 years in textile/denim/fashion sales and marketing
  • Strong industry connections and proven business development track record
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for client meetings and trade shows
  • Familiar with ERP/CRM tools, export documentation, and pricing strategy

Note: A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the textile/denim industry is required. The final designation (Manager, Senior Manager, or General Manager) will be determined based on qualifications, industry experience, and proven track record.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Analysis
  • Identify target markets and analyze demand, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies to drive product and brand growth.
  • Marketing Strategy Development
  • Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns including advertising, branding, exhibitions, and trade promotions.
  • Product Development Support
  • Provide trend-based insights and customer feedback to the design and production teams for new product development.
  • Brand Management
  • Position the company’s denim products as a premium brand through strong storytelling and multi-channel visibility.
  • Marketing Budget & ROI
  • Develop marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
  • Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Sales Enablement
  • Create and maintain impactful marketing collateral, product catalogs, client decks, and buyer kits.

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term sales strategies to penetrate domestic and international markets.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with buyers, retailers, and brand clients.
  • Client Presentations & Deal Closing
  • Conduct persuasive product presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals successfully.
  • Order Processing & Delivery Coordination
  • Supervise the order-to-delivery process in coordination with production and logistics.
  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting
  • Generate sales forecasts, monitor performance against targets, and report to senior management.
  • Account Management
  • Nurture key accounts and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

Shared Responsibilities:

  • Cross-Departmental Coordination
  • Collaborate with R&D, production, merchandising, and logistics to ensure seamless operations.
  • Internal & External Communication
  • Maintain consistent and professional communication across departments and with customers.
  • Performance Monitoring
  • Analyze sales and marketing KPIs and suggest improvements to drive growth.
  • Adapting to Market Trends
  • Stay up to date on global denim trends, sustainability practices, and pricing fluctuations to stay competitive.
