Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HR, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management
∎ For deserving candidates otherwise, educational qualification is flexible having extensive experience in Administration & General HR.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Admin, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, General HR, Human Resources & Development

Job Context:
∎ A leading highly regarded company with the investment in RMG, Textile and Fashion Retail Sector is looking for a competent individual.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka or any other place as decided the management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will Plan, Lead, Supervise and Execute all HR and Administrative responsibility predefined as well as assigned by the management time to time;
∎ Establish and control a modern/industry standard corporate administration policies and implementation.
∎ Establish a corporate level oversight and control on digitalized HR practices i.e. Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Selection, Termination and overall HR operations within different business areas of the company;
∎ Develop, Update and Implement a comprehensive service rule in compliance with Labour Act, Labour Rule and other industry specific standards and compliances;
∎ Responsible for strategic HR planning, succession planning, staffing and motivating employees in consultation with the Management and Plant HR heads;
∎ Regular conduct of Manpower Planning, Prepare Corporate and factory/plant level Organogram and establish line relationship in consultation with unit heads and top management;
∎ Develop and implement a suitable performance appraisal system;
∎ Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with retrenchment, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
∎ Conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
∎ Have knowledge and experience of Social compliance.
∎ Prepare all Corrective Action Plans (CAP) and follow up regularly as per submitted CAP.
∎ Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
∎ Analyze training needs to design employee development arrange in-house and external trainings;
∎ Complete special assignments as given by management; monitor results and review procedures for achieving desired outcomes.
∎ To perform any kinds of legal assignments given by the management as and when required for the organization.
∎ To ensure Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Fire, Building, Electrical, Health & Safety issues etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 years' experience in any reputed Company in corporate level.
∎ Should have very good command in English (specially writing skill) is a MUST.
∎ Must have excellent computing experience.
∎ Retired Defense Officer will get preference (Major to above Rank) along with MBA & Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management.
∎ Must have very good interpersonal and Command-Control skill.
