Responsibilities & Context:
∎ LUBNAN Trade Consortium Limited (LTCL) is a Leading Fashion and Lifestyle Brand Products Manufacturing and Retail Sales Organization in Bangladesh with the Brands of Infinity, Richman, Lubnan and Oxygen fashions. Richman Apparels factory is a concern of LTCL and it is urgently looking for deserving candidates for the position of Technical Manager.
∎ Job Location: Badda, Dhaka.
∎ Duties and Responsibilities:
∎ · Making all CAD patterns and production patterns
∎ · Follow-up and manage the day-to-day technical activities of production
∎ · Pattern checking and correction as per requirement
∎ · Direct and supervise the works of sample men
∎ · Controlling the cutting, sewing and finishing of production as per quality
∎ · Developing sample, photo sample, styling sample and PP sample
∎ · Pilot running and bulk cutting measurement
∎ · Fabric shade band checking, 4-point inspection and measurement of relaxation, spreading and cutting panel
∎ · Providing technical support to the team members
∎ · Achieving the better-quality garments within the time frame
∎ · Performing any other jobs as and when assigned by the management
