∎ LUBNAN Trade Consortium Limited (LTCL) is a Leading Fashion and Lifestyle Brand Products Manufacturing and Retail Sales Organization in Bangladesh with the Brands of Infinity, Richman, Lubnan and Oxygen fashions. The Company is urgently looking for deserving candidates for the position of Senior Manager/AGM (Accounts & Finance).
∎ Job Location: Gulshan Badda Link Road, Dhaka.
∎ Major Duties and Responsibilities:
∎ · Oversee and manage all financial transactions within the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards
∎ · Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial documentation, including vouchers, cash books, bill registers, general ledgers, and other financial records, ensuring accurate system postings
∎ · Prepare monthly Management Accounts
∎ · Prepare quarterly, annual financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
∎ · Ensure that all financial statements adhere to ISO standards and manage the company's credit rating process
∎ · Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate the auditing of financial statements and address any incidental matters
∎ · Possess a thorough understanding of import/export letters of credit (L/C), B2B L/C, proceeds realization, loan management, and adjustments
∎ · Prepare monthly bank and loan reconciliation statements and maintain expertise in banking, taxation, VAT, and other regulatory compliance requirements
∎ · Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering professional growth and enhancing team performance
∎ · Promote a collaborative and results-driven work environment
∎ · Ensure effective communication and coordination between the finance department and other organizational departments
∎ · Review and development of Internal Control System
∎ · Communicate with Banks & other financial institutes for loan and other credit facilities.
