Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline (MBA in Finance/ Banking is highly preferred).
Minimum 12–15 years of experience in credit recovery, collections, or asset finance, preferably within automotive/ commercial vehicle sector.
Strong knowledge of loan recovery laws, repossession procedures, and local market dynamics.
Proven ability to lead large teams and achieve national recovery targets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and portfolio tracking tools.

To continue the business growth and sustainability, we are looking for suitable job incumbent who will be responsible to lead and manage nationwide credit recovery operations, ensuring timely collection of overdue receivables, minimizing credit losses, and maintaining asset quality through strategic recovery planning, team leadership, and cross-functional coordination.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Leadership
Develop and execute national recovery and collection strategies aligned with company objectives and financial targets.
Define monthly, quarterly, and annual recovery targets, portfolio performance goals, and overdue reduction plans.
Lead, train, and motivate field recovery teams to achieve collection efficiency.
Establish clear performance metrics and monitor progress regularly.
Portfolio Monitoring & Operations
Ensure proper assessment of each customer before initiating credit sales.
Monitor overdue accounts and identify high-risk customers for early intervention.
Ensure timely follow-up, repossession, and resale of vehicles when required.
Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and risk analyses to guide decision-making.
Implement structured MIS and dashboards for real-time recovery tracking.
Field & Legal Recovery Management
Supervise field recovery activities and ensure adherence to company policies and ethical standards.
Liaise with legal teams for initiating or releasing thana-captured vehicles involved in illegal goods carrying or accident cases.
Oversee documentation, repossession reports, and settlement agreements.
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all recovery operations.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with Sales, Legal, and Finance departments to maintain end-to-end control over the credit cycle.
Provide regular updates and portfolio insights to top management and recommend strategic actions.
Process & System Improvement
Design and implement SOPs for recovery operations across regions.
Introduce digital tools and technology platforms (e.g., field recovery apps, payment tracking systems) to improve efficiency.
