Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Administration, Front Office, Office Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive and direct all phone call from stakeholders to the right person.
∎ Greet, answer questions and deliver required information to the visitors.
∎ Maintain and prepare important documents and keep records in an organized manner.
∎ Receive, sort and distribute the mail, letters and forms.
∎ Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
∎ Maintain and update employee's personal information and sharing to management as per requirements.
∎ Develop, update and co-ordinate administrative procedures to the employees.
∎ Providing HR & Administrative support to every employee.
∎ Prepare Lunch, transportation and mobile bill summary.
∎ Updating all employee personal information and sharing to management as per requirements.
∎ Co-ordinate repairs to office equipment's.
∎ Monitor office supplies, place order and expediting it for supply.
∎ Verifying all money receipt and vouchers of supplies.
∎ Provide general support to shippers.
∎ Oversee and supervise work of office assistants.
∎ Carry out administrative and HR related duties, where applicable.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Fluent in English and Bangla both in written and oral form
∎ Computer Knowledge: MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)
∎ Communication Skills both verbal and over E-mail
∎ Interpersonal Abilities and time management
