Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are currently seeking a talented and professional HR and GA Team leader to join our HR and GA team to support in managing HR and administration related procedures. This person will be passionate about supporting and evolving employees through our company’s guidelines and managing processes. The candidate needs to assist & perform HR related activities based on the instruction of Managing Director (MD).
∎ The candidate should have knowledge on HR, administrative and general purchase related activities in a similar position.
∎ Preparing and execute plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies as and when required after reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and ensuring proper approvals for products and services to be purchased.
∎ Review the contracts time to time and take
∎ Support management in drafting different suppliers’ contracts, renewal, different type of letters etc.
∎ Responsible for all types of inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
∎ Monthly salary preparation for the employees after checking all related items, for example attendance, overtime etc.
∎ Oversee the HR Process i.e. leave applications, leave encashment, employee personal filing, new recruitment etc.
∎ Manage all types of insurance policy renewals and arrange new insurance when required.
∎ Oversee the fleet management of the company in a cost effective and smooth manner to support the business need.
∎ Managing the internal control and compliance for HR, GA and purchase related matters.
∎ Any other job assigned by MD.
