Job Summary:
We are seeking a young, energetic, and career-oriented Junior Officer – HR & Business Administration to join our HR & Business Administration team. This role is ideal for an adaptive and eager-to-learn individual who demonstrates professionalism, humility, and strong work ethics. The incumbent will support core HR operations and business administrative activities while gaining hands-on exposure to compliance, corporate governance, and organizational processes. Key Responsibilities (HR & Business Administration):
Maintain and update employee HR data, records, and documentation
Support recruitment, onboarding, probation, and contractual employment processes
Manage attendance, working time, leave records and documentation
Maintain and support HR functions through ERP / HRIS systems
Coordinate employee training, business trips, health check-ups, and workman’s compensation insurance
Support PIT declaration, labor compliance, safety, and hygiene requirements
Handle HR matters related to expatriate employees
Assist in maintaining company rules, internal policies, and job protocols
Track legal updates and assist in compliance implementation
Support company registrations, licenses, and statutory renewals
Assist with administrative tasks including rental car coordination and reporting.
