∎ Office Assistant should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative tasks, and providing support to coworkers.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Office Assistant handles organizational and administrative tasks.
∎ Their role might involve organizing files, maintaining supplies, welcoming guests, and more.
∎ Co-ordinating with the manager.
∎ Receive & maintain all documents and dispatch them to the concerned end by keeping records.
∎ Any other job assigns by the Management from time to time.
∎ Proper knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
∎ Maintenance of office equipment.
