∎ 5-year(s) experience in relevant field
∎ Worked in Cleaning Company / Facility Management Services will add advantage
∎ Candidate preferable in Sylhet division
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Computer skills are mandatory, especially Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Main Duties: Area Manager will be responsible for overall supervision & Monitor of Project Site personnel and work & project development and others works.
∎ Ensure daily timesheet collection on time from different premises and send it to respective Dpt.
∎ Follow up pre-employment and periodical medical checkup of required employees.
∎ Transportation (shuttle) arrangement for PCS personnel
∎ Uniform requirement & measurement collection, distribution among with PCS personnel.
∎ Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from management.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a team player who demonstrates leadership and is able to support and train operational staff.
∎ Strong team management, staff capacity building and motivation skills in teamwork and networking.
∎ Providing administrative support as needed for the project.
∎ Handling any unwanted situation competently, tactfully and promptly with the assistance of internal support as well as the concerned external as and when situation demands.
∎ Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
∎ Need site visit frequently and maintain good relationships with customer.
∎ Any other tasks given by the management.
