Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA in Marketing from any reputed University.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve specified targets through winning new contracts within the country. Develop high level relationships with perspective clients within the Business & Industry sector. The role will operate across facets of the Business & Industry Sector incorporating, Cleaning, Security and TFM.
∎ Serve as a focal point to communicate and resolve interface and integration issues with other team members and Assist to all Departmental Head to implement the company policy and procedure as and when required.
∎ To maintain and develop a wide network of contacts with the Business and Industry market place to ensure the Company is invited to as many bidding opportunities as possible.
∎ To ensure that all proposals are innovative, accurate, compliant, timely and professionally presented with an executive summary outlining the benefits of our proposal.
∎ To prepare and undertake a thorough hand-over to operational colleagues once each contract is secured.
∎ To follow up and provide feedback on sales leads.
∎ Responsible for achieving the sales target of the company and develop new clients and preparing costing, Proposal, weekly sales report, Monthly sales report, follow up report, Monthly Achievement report, Quotation and tender preparation and submission.
∎ Provide the team with a vision of the project objectives, motivate and inspire team members and facilitate problem solving and collaboration
∎ Visit targeted number of customers and maintain customer relation and analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
∎ Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget and develop pricing strategy.
∎ Ensure all work quoted are as per company policy and consult with operations team as required
∎ Ensure all presentation of quotation for services are properly formatted as per company standards/guidelines.
∎ Ensure that contract start-up is completed to customer's satisfaction.
∎ Follow up all sales presentation and continually updates information on local market trends and competition.
∎ Assists in dealing with payments problem as required.
∎ Meets with customers after sales to ensure quality of work and customer satisfaction with services provided.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum of 10/15 years in similar position.
∎ Good understanding of the soft services market sector.
∎ Essential: Proven track record of in Business Development with evidence of winning New Business from the start of any sales process.
∎ Special Requirements/Skills:
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Ability to work with a team to achieve set targets.
∎ Should be smart, dynamic and proactive with positive thinking approach.
∎ Worked in Cleaning Company/ Facility Management Services will add advantage.
∎ Ability to lead & develop people and ready to work under stress & pressure.
∎ Applicant should have computer adequate skills.
