∎ Interpreting sales data. Analyze sales data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
∎ Analyze sales data: Identify trends and patterns in historical and current sales data.
∎ Collaborating with sales teams. Work closely with sales representatives to optimize sales strategies and processes.
∎ Prepare reports: Create detailed reports and presentations.
∎ Evaluating metrics, Monitor KPIs such as profitability, churn rate, and sales performance to gauge success.
∎ Recommend changes: Based on market research and new trends, recommend changes to sales techniques, procedures, or promotional efforts.
∎ Identify potential markets: Identify potential markets and customers for business expansion.
∎ Improve sales processes: Identify bottlenecks in sales processes and recommend solutions to streamline operations.
∎ Creating dashboards. Develop dashboards and visual reports to communicate insights effectively.
