Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage sales operations within the assigned area, developing and executing sales plans to meet monthly and annual targets.
∎ Identify and explore new markets and opportunities to broaden the company’s reach.
∎ Lead, train, and inspire the sales team to achieve targets and drive market expansion.
∎ Monitor team performance, offering constructive feedback to align with company objectives.
∎ Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to uncover potential growth areas.
∎ Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to enhance products and services.
∎ Foster and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partners.
∎ Address client concerns and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
∎ Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and team progress.
