∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Must have Computer literacy and expertise on MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-Power Point in advance level.
∎ Must know to operate Microsoft Teams, Skype, WhatsApp, Zoom etc. independently.
∎ Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To reply prompt & effectively all queries.
∎ Have a close contact with customers, Customs Brokers (CNF Agents), Port, Customs & different Offices with regard to various Documentational issues related to Imports & Exports.
∎ To coordinate with Operation, Equipment Control & Accounts Team as and when required for Import & Export operations.
∎ Reporting Overall Documentational activities report to the Management.
∎ Monitoring booking on Export shipment for both Freight Forwarding, NVO & BCO Account.
∎ Liaison with valued partners/customers with regard to Import/Export container(s) smooth discharge & loading.
∎ Any other job as assigned by DH/CA.
