Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing overall Office administration and provide support to other functional units.
∎ Maintain a strong working relationship across all departments.
∎ Enforce budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
∎ To secure premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points.
∎ To create a safe and comfortable working environment for employees and visitors.
∎ To coordinate, liaison and build good relationship with the emergency services, police, ambulance and fire service to resolve issues and maintain security and service.
∎ Handle any unexpected situation/incident due to internal or external factors.
∎ Maintaining the purchasing rules and regulation to ensure materials at Company site.
∎ To source suppliers/vendors and negotiation with management approved limit.
∎ To prepare material inventory report and maintain other documentation related to procurement of material and internal audit requirements.
∎ Manage stores and inventories and ensure office logistics and supplies.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the reporting Manager from time to time.
Salary: Negotiable
