Job Context:
∎ The Manager - Factory Administration is based in Sreepur, gazipur and is responsible for various administrative functions of the factory.
∎ Job Location: Mawna ,Sreepur, gazipur.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and supervise the activities of all staffs in all factories and also look after their performance management.
∎ Ensure the proper management of factories related all activities.
∎ Manage various administrative tasks complying company rules and regulations
∎ Monitor disciplinary procedure and follow the legal task as per labour law
∎ Maintain / organize office stationery
∎ Arrange training coordinating with Head Office HR team and factory management
∎ Handle grievance issues and coordinate with relevant management in order to minimize gap between factory management and worker
∎ Supervise security activities to ensure smooth site security and administrative services
∎ Maintain liaison with various agencies as and when required
∎ Maintenance of vehicles and monitor movement in and out in a cost effective manner
∎ Arrange / maintain uninterrupted transport facility for employees
∎ Supervise drivers and check their duty roaster, verify log book, fuel bills etc.
∎ Administer CC cameras of the location and advice management for necessary improvement of security of property and assets
∎ Handle and monitor factory dormitory and canteen as per company policy
∎ Responsible for facilities management, cleaning and maintenance of premises
∎ Any other tasks as required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The retired army officer of the rank of J CO/Sr. Warrant officer.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
