Responsibilities & Context:

A. Facility Operations & Maintenance

  • Ensure maintenance of office buildings, utilities, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and generator systems.

  • Prepare and execute preventive maintenance plans to avoid downtime.

  • Coordinate renovation, repair, and expansion projects with vendors and internal departments.

  • Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and environmental compliance in all SEL premises.

B. Housekeeping & Office Cleanliness

  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations through internal staff or external vendors.

  • Set and monitor cleaning standards for offices, washrooms, canteens, and common areas.

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure hygiene and safety.

C. Transport & Vehicle Management

  • Administer company transport operations including allocation, route planning, driver scheduling, and fuel management.

  • Maintain records of vehicle registration, fitness, insurance, and maintenance.

  • Optimize transport usage and ensure safety and cost efficiency.

D. Food & Canteen Management

  • Supervise canteen operations ensuring quality, hygiene, and affordability.

  • Manage catering contracts, menu planning, and feedback collection.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety and employee welfare standards.

E. Office Supplies & Utilities

  • Manage procurement, storage, and distribution of stationery and office consumables.

  • Track consumption and prevent wastage through proper control mechanisms.

  • Ensure uninterrupted utility services (electricity, water, internet, AC, generator).

F. Budgeting & Reporting

  • Prepare annual facility management budget covering maintenance, utilities, and logistics.

  • Track monthly expenditures against approved limits and report variances.

  • Submit periodic reports on facility performance, cost savings, and improvement initiatives.
