Experience:
Ensure maintenance of office buildings, utilities, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and generator systems.
Prepare and execute preventive maintenance plans to avoid downtime.
Coordinate renovation, repair, and expansion projects with vendors and internal departments.
Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and environmental compliance in all SEL premises.
Supervise daily housekeeping operations through internal staff or external vendors.
Set and monitor cleaning standards for offices, washrooms, canteens, and common areas.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure hygiene and safety.
Administer company transport operations including allocation, route planning, driver scheduling, and fuel management.
Maintain records of vehicle registration, fitness, insurance, and maintenance.
Optimize transport usage and ensure safety and cost efficiency.
Supervise canteen operations ensuring quality, hygiene, and affordability.
Manage catering contracts, menu planning, and feedback collection.
Ensure compliance with food safety and employee welfare standards.
Manage procurement, storage, and distribution of stationery and office consumables.
Track consumption and prevent wastage through proper control mechanisms.
Ensure uninterrupted utility services (electricity, water, internet, AC, generator).
Prepare annual facility management budget covering maintenance, utilities, and logistics.
Track monthly expenditures against approved limits and report variances.
Submit periodic reports on facility performance, cost savings, and improvement initiatives.
