Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Master degree in commerce from any reputed University / Institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare annual budget according to the plan and AAB guideline.
∎ Providing fund to the necessary activities and line item maintain line with approved budget.
∎ Providing administrative support to the project.
∎ Insuring monthly, quarterly, six-monthly and annual Financial Report
∎ Have knowledge about FD-6, FD-3 & FD-2.
∎ Maintaining official, equipment, stock, personnel files and furniture fixture.
∎ Ensuring fund disbursement communication according to the plan from AAB.
∎ Reporting as per plan and required by AAB.
∎ Providing support to external and internal audit.
∎ Providing support of Loko Kendra & Circle to maintains the books of Accounts
∎ Capacity building of Loko Kendra & Circle member regarding accounts keeping.
∎ Maintain books of account prepared statement such as monthly and quarterly.
∎ Ensure government Vat & Tax deduction and deposit to Government account timely.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 02 (two) years of practical experiences on project accounts.
∎ Computer skills on Microsoft Office Package.
∎ Knowledge on day to day accounting and internal auditing
