Skill user of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel & Power Point
Must have knowledge and skills of project implementation.
Ability to work in different target groups (sex workers).
Good Verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali
Work under pressure and can take additional responsibilities.
Dynamic & hardworking and have good interpersonal relationship
Ability to work in a team;
Experienced in communication, liaison and collaborating with the GO/NGO officials will be of added value.
Ability to create a working environment where team members have equal rights to listen, speak up and contribute to achieve a common goal of the project.
Interested to visit remote areas of Bangladesh.
Job Context: SWN in partnership with Manusher Jonno Foundation has been Initiative of SWN under “Renewed Women’s Voice and Leadership – Bangladesh” Project. The programme is implemented through the support of Sex Workers Network of Bangladesh, through this Programme The Sex workers and their children in Bangladesh will learn to practice their rights as human being and they will have increased access to services offered by the Government, hence their dignity as human will enhance.
Job Location: Project Office- House #504, Flat#3-A, Road #12-A, Baitul Aman Housing Society, Adabar, Dhaka-1207.
Duty Station: Dhaka with need-based field visit.
Contract Type: Fixed Term (February to December,2029)
Job Responsibilities: The PO will work under the direct supervision of the Project manager of RWBLB Programme.
Day to Day follow up of CBOs activities.
Implementing programme activities as per PC’s instruction.
Contribute to reporting donor/s as per requirements.
Field visit as per requirement
Filing and documentation of programme related documents
Updating Programme MIS
Preparing Case stories as needed
Preparing Event Reports and meeting minutes.
Arrangement of training, workshops and orientations, and other events.
Maintaining communication and networking among stakeholders.
Updating programme information and present when required.
Mobile Allowances, Weekly 2 holidays
Festival Bonus: Equal to one month’s salary.
