Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data management systems.
Proficiency in both Bangla and English languages, with verbal and written communication skills.
Community mobilization, networking, and partnership development.
Sound knowledge of digital media (photo/video capture and upload).
Commitment to gender equality, human rights, and child safeguarding.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Young people mobilization implementation.
Experience in rights based programming.
DRR, CCA and livelihood-related experience will be an added advantage.
Motorcycle driving skills with a valid license is required.

Udayankur Seba Sangstha (USS), a reputed development organization, is implementing the Women Initiatives for Community Development (W4CD) project in Phulbari, Kurigram, with support from ActionAid Bangladesh. We are looking for a qualified and experienced Project Officer to manage and implement project activities with high quality and accountability.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan and implement project activities aligned with the critical pathway and allocated budget.
Ensure regular communication, coordination with CSO’s.
Provide operational support and capacity building to field facilitators, community journalist groups, child forums, youth groups, Activista networks, SVAW networks, Reflection Action Circles, and Loko Kendras.
Capture quality photos and videos for documentation and timely uploading in the designated platforms.
Coordinate with local government, NGOs, private sectors, and community stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness.
• Facilitate different child forums and groups to promote child leadership, ensuring alignment with the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC).
Organize child, Youth and Women focused events to amplify voices of marginalized children and foster a rights-based environment.
Prepare timely and accurate reports: weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual, including fact and figures, success stories, and case studies.
Assist in developing educational materials and support early childhood care and development initiatives.
Participate in review and reflection sessions (PRRP), and represent the organization in local and national forums.
Uphold child protection, safeguarding, and PSHEA standards across all activities and interactions.
Support disaster risk reduction (DRR), climate change adaptation (CCA), and climate-resilient livelihood initiatives.
Perform any other tasks assigned by line management related to project and community engagement.
Monthly Salary: BDT 26,000 – 27,000 (as per project budget)

Weekly Holidays: Two (Friday & Saturday)
