Mandatory Requirements:
• Having Experience working in a refugee context.
• Knowledge of inventory management, storing, and racking.
• Having knowledge of material segregation and delivery to the field.
• Ability of material arrangement, Loading & Unloading.
• Do proper documentation of distribution and register maintenance.
• Having experience in quality report writing and developing need-based tools.
• Sound Knowledge of Computer Skills.
• Able to communicate in the English language (Speaking & Writing)
• Able to speak & understand the Rohingya/ Chittagonian Language.

Community Development Centre (CODEC) invites application for the Store Assistant for implementing `Education and Protection for Refugee Community (EPRC) Project` funded by UNHCR, located at Ukhiya & Teknaf Cox’s Bazar)
Position Title: Store Assistant
Responsibilities:
Store Assistant is responsible for ensuring all sorts of supplies for the smooth operation of the Field/Office-based activities. Maintain all stock-related documentation and preserve it accordingly.
Check opening stock as per reports on a daily basis specially running items.
Verify all incoming materials according to SOP/ISO standard.
Prepare bills/good receipt PO of incoming material and submit to accounts.
Verify all the last day activities (In/Out) and rectify the errors if any.
Ensure the implementation of the inventory and Asset management system.
Strong coordination with team and user departments.
Keep the warehouse organized and in fine condition. (Cleaning, nice display, decoration, pest control etc)
Maintain store assets (Computer, security system, etc)
Maintain his chain standards.
Reporting as per the supervisor’s requirement.
Having a clear understanding of CODEC UNHCR EPRC project operations and management.
Responsible for maintaining proper books of records, stock registers, in connection with the procurement, delivery and also BIN cards.
Monthly report collection from the field and the regional office and verify materials accordingly.
Receive materials with assured quality and quantity.
Ensure proper and timely distribution to the field.
Technical Activities:
Analysis the ageing of the stocks and communicate the management about obsolete stock.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly report on logistics.
Initiate Enlistment of vendor & supplier
Provide logistics support to the program in arranging workshop/Seminar.
Maintain Asset list of motorcycles, laptops/computers, printers, scanners, ECD materials etc and conduct physical inventory bi-monthly.
Safeguarding & PSEA:
S/he should abide by the Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC)`s six core principles on Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) policy.
Ensure the safety of team members (in respect to Prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse - PSEA) from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program`s goals on safeguarding implementation.
Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
