Year of Experience: 3-4 years.
Mandatory Requirements:
• Having Experience working on Child Protection in a Refugee context.
• Having experience in quality report writing and developing need-based tools.
• Having experience in a managerial role.
• Sound Knowledge of Computer Skills.
• Able to communicate in the English language (Speaking & Writing)
• Able to speak & understand the Rohingya/ Chittagonian Language.

Position Title: CP Supervisor

C:1 Tasks
· Oversee the all activates of CFS and Adolescent club are in place.
· Provide all logistic and other support in CFS and Adolescent club (AdC).
· Ensure quality work environment by maintaining code of conduct and child protection policy in CFS
· Provide all required data to Child Protection Coordinator with detailed information regarding activates in a monthly basis (beneficiary’s attendance with breakdown by gender and age, activates carried out, issues affecting program delivery, material requisition)
· Submit monthly work plan and accomplishment report to Child Protection Coordinator
· Ensure the work plan, analyses the accomplishment report and provide required feedback to Child Protection Officer & Outreach Officer.
· Conduct need based meeting with Community Based Child Protection Committee (CBCPC), Community Groups, Adolescent Forum, Peer Group and other stakeholders.
· Conduct training Need assessment (TNA) to determine occupational skill training for adolescent girls and boys.
· Assist Child Protection Coordinator to ensure all logistic support (toys and books for library, charts, audio and visual material etc.) for CFS and AdC.
· Assist Child Protection Coordinator/Case Management Coordinator/ Information Management Specialist in all reporting, analysis and capacity building training.
· Assist and supervise Outreach Officer for all field level activates.
· Assist and supervise corner based activates of CFS.
· Identify the needs and gaps in field level activates to enhance the protection activity.
· Ensure Child Protection Policy and minimum standards in all program intervention at CFS.
C: 3 Coordination& communication
· Attend camp-based coordination meeting.
· Organized weekly meeting CP & CM staff at CFS.
· Maintain good communication with the Government personnel and other working partners of the camp.
Safeguarding & PSEA:
S/he should abide by the Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC)'s six core principles on Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) policy.
Ensure the safety of team members (in respect to Prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse - PSEA) from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation.
Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
