Experience:

• At least 2 years

• Degree (Pass)/Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• At least 2 years

• Age At most 35 years

1. At least 2 years of experience in case management or providing direct support to GBV survivors, psychosocial support and counseling.
2. Knowledge of child protection and gender-based violence issues in Bangladesh.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and they need to be `child-friendly`.
4. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
5. Should have skills of report writing in English & Bangla
6. Should have sound knowledge in IT operation.
7. Computer skills on Microsoft Office Package.

Job Context:

1. Udayankur Seba Sangstha (USS) is going to recruit the following positions for the project of `` Empowering girls and combating child marriages in Kurigram, Bangladesh under Women Initiatives for Community Development (W4CD)” Project at Kurigram District supported by ActionAid Bangladesh (AAB)

Job Responsibilities:

Case Management:

1. Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized care plans for survivors.
2. Provide psychosocial first aid, counseling, and ongoing emotional support to survivors.
3. Facilitate access to health, legal, educational, and economic services through referrals and coordination with service providers.

Community Outreach:

1. Conduct outreach sessions to identify survivors of child marriage and GBV and raise awareness about available support services.
2. Work closely with community leaders, parents, and guardians to promote understanding and prevention of child marriage.

Monitoring and Reporting:

1. Maintain detailed and confidential case files for each survivor, documenting all interactions and services provided.
2. Prepare regular reports on case management activities and outcomes for the Programme Officer.

Training and Capacity Building:

1. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in case management, psychosocial support, and GBV prevention.
2. Provide training and support to community-based protection groups and networks.
