Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Manage and maintain all social media pages, including content planning, posting, and community engagement.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and TikTok, to achieve marketing objectives.
Conduct in-depth keyword and audience research to effectively target and reach potential customers.
Manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics and insights, and prepare regular, detailed performance reports.
A/B test ad creatives, copy, and targeting to continuously improve campaign performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and advertising tools on all platforms.
Salary: BDT 30,000 – 35,000 (Negotiable based on experience and skills)
