Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in social media management and media buying.

  • Demonstrated track record of managing social media pages and running successful advertising campaigns.

Additional Requirements

  • Proven, hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager.

  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign structures, creative best practices, and performance analytics for each platform.

  • Experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns for various objectives, such as conversions, lead generation, and brand awareness.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

  • Creative mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills.

If you have a proven track record of growing social media pages and running successful paid campaigns across major platforms like Facebook, Google, and TikTok, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

  • Manage and maintain all social media pages, including content planning, posting, and community engagement.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and TikTok, to achieve marketing objectives.

  • Conduct in-depth keyword and audience research to effectively target and reach potential customers.

  • Manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and return on ad spend (ROAS).

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics and insights, and prepare regular, detailed performance reports.

  • A/B test ad creatives, copy, and targeting to continuously improve campaign performance.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and advertising tools on all platforms.
