Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain goods incoming & outgoing procedure as per company policy.
∎ Ensure proper documentation for both issue & delivery all type of Raw-Materials.
∎ Prepare and establish store policy & SOP and review within particular time period.
∎ Maintain proper trace-ability, identification & storage procedure of all types of incoming and stock Items.
∎ Receive Raw-material from local V foreign suppliers and any other sources as per LC/purchase approval.
∎ Monitor unloading to loading Raw-material and ensure that are stored in proper condition with adequate safety.
∎ Coordinate with PPC, Merchandiser, Purchase/Procurement Team, Commercial, F & A, Audit department & necessary departments.
∎ Maintain accurate stock according FIFO & LIFO.
∎ Follow up Policy/SOP & displayed accessible in the storage areas.
∎ Availability of PPEs ensured while handling Materials.
∎ Follow up BIN Card in CS.
∎ Follow up to keep the Store neat & clean and well organize (as per compliance).
∎ Follow-up Hazard & non-Hazard chemicals segregated and stored separately.
∎ Follow up warehouse & employee safety facility (as per compliance).
∎ Conduct Monthly 100% physical counting of inventory.
∎ Monitor & make Inventory Report.
∎ Prepare daily and monthly stock closing summery & reconciliation report and also submit to the top management.
∎ Monitor safety & Compliance issues of entire store area.
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly stock statement.
∎ Any other work to be assigned by the management as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience minimum 10 years in Garments Accessories Store.
∎ Working experience with H&M and others Buyers.
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ Good numerical, logical, analytical, goal oriented, critical thinking & problem solving ability.
∎ Should have sound technical knowledge on testing.
