Job Context:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sole responsible for implementing and monitoring the projects including analyze budget, project targets and results.
∎ Capacity building of community groups on management of community clinic and liaison with H&FWC and UHC for referral and smooth functioning of community clinic; monitoring of project progress and reporting.
∎ Performance Management, Staff Development, Lead the team, contribute to achieving the overall impact of the Program; Regular field visits to observe progress and provide technical assistance to the Team, facilitate technical capacity enhancement initiatives ; Develop the mechanism for report generation and documentation by the team; actively participate different meetings, seminars and facilitate documentation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5+ years working experience in managerial positions experience in Health projects.
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.
∎ Work experience directly with GoB heath department and LGI; Experience in liaison & advocacy with line departments.
∎ Experience in BCC including developing training modules and materials, organizing and facilitating the training sessions at the Upazilla, Union and Community Level.
∎ Trained in PLA/PRA, Community mobilization and Project monitoring.
∎ Strong understanding of health, hygiene and nutrition issues.
∎ Should have experience of working with MoH & FW.
∎ Having experience of working in community case management or community based management of acute malnutrition program will get added advantage.
∎ Should have project planning and monitoring experience.
∎ Maintain strong coordination with district/local level govt. authority and other stakeholders and relevant field staff.
∎ Provide technical assistance and support to all the assigned Community Health Volunteers.
∎ To contribute to the process of implementing quality programs against set plans and follow up for needed adjustments as program implementation progresses.
∎ To ensure compliance with donor requirements and sensitive to audit related programmatic issues.
∎ To analyze, review programmatic data and prepare all required reports as instructed by the project.
∎ Strong sense of responsibility and have the patience to work under pressure.
∎ Willingness to drive motorcycle in the assigned areas and must have valid driving license.
∎ Networking, computer skills (MS Office especially MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point)
Salary:
∎ Monthly gross Salary Tk. 30800/-
