∎ BBA/B.Sc/MBA/Graduation from any reputed university.
∎ Skill Required: Ability to work under pressure, Dealer Management, Experienced in Customer Service, Sales Planning and Reporting, Time Management etc.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve Zonal Sales Target (Primary and Secondary Target Achievement)
∎ Monthly Sales Planning & Forecasting
∎ Identify new distribution set up and analyses their performance
∎ Ensure Channel Management activities
∎ Mentors and motivate team member towards business context
∎ Arrange product training for team members
∎ Daily market visit and effective retail coverage as per visit plan.
∎ Ensure Call productivity, SKU Productivity and Value Productivity as per given target.
∎ Stock Analysis of dealer point as per company guideline.
∎ Focusing model wise sales achievement per month.
∎ Ensure SKU placement and maintain SKU availability at dealer and retail level as per guideline.
∎ Collect market information, competitor's activity and report to supervisor accordingly.
∎ Execute POSM or any other promotional activity at retail level.
∎ Implemented organizational process and policies

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Sales and Marketing, Telecommunication, FMCG, Tobacco etc.
∎ Experience in Mobile Handsets/Accessories Industry will get more priority

Salary: Negotiable
