Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To achieve overall sales targets by directly managing one territory and overseeing the performance of Territory Sales Executives (TSEs) and Territory Sales and Service Officers (TSSOs) across the zone.
∎ To be responsible for market development, client acquisition, and relationship building to expand the customer base and increase market share.
∎ To ensure high standards of after-sales service by coordinating with technicians and managing warranty claims effectively.
∎ To play a critical role in the successful onboarding of new dealers, aligning sales and service strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize operations.
∎ To provide leadership, support, and strategic direction.
∎ To contribute significantly to the company’s growth and customer satisfaction within their zone.
∎ We are looking for Zonal Manager, who will be responsible for driving sales and service excellence across their designated zone, which comprises multiple territories.
