Job Responsibilities:
∎ Guiding and leading The Teem Toward a Strong Performance Oriented Approach.
∎ Actively Participating In Program Strategy.
∎ Refine And Implement Operations Strategy Including Aspects Such As Developing A Comprehensive Log Frame/ Dashboard.
∎ Maintain 30 branches reports & monitoring
∎ Staff maintain,
∎ Report analysis,
∎ Interpreting office orders and give direction.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent knowledge over the micro-finance software
∎ At least 10 years experience in Micro Finance field.
∎ Motorcycle driving skills with valid driving license.
∎ Good communication skill
∎ English speaking, listening and writing skill.
∎ Analytical knowledge.

Salary: Tk. 50000 - 60000 (Monthly)
