Job Context:
∎ Young Professional is an opportunity for fresh graduates to learn and develop themselves for their career. Business Automation is offering the position to those who are keen to start their career with on the job training and real life work experience.
∎ After the satisfactory completion of 6 months candidate can be hired as a permanent employee.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive client's support requests and complains over the phone, online or directly face to face.
∎ Provide support, identify problems' root causes and provide solutions accordingly.
∎ Keep record of each support and complain details after providing solutions.
∎ Have to visit the client's site when required.
∎ Resolve hardware, software and connectivity problems and determining the source of computer problems and providing solutions accordingly.
∎ Provide IT support to end users for e.g. end user's Desktop, Laptop and other IT accessories.
∎ Perform other duties assigned by Team Leader when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skill (written & spoken) in both Bengali and English.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and strong sense of self-motivation.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills.
∎ Have knowledge in troubleshooting and resolving database and application problems.

Salary: Tk. 5000 (Monthly)
