Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review, debug and respond to technical support requests
∎ Assist in the development of new support solutions and maintain existing solutions
∎ Create, review, and update technical documentation
∎ Execute bug fixes
∎ Test WordPress Plugins to find bugs, and issues and report to our development team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Comfortable with writing and formatting posts and pages.
∎ Ability to write a well-structured article with impeccable grammar and spelling in a conversational tone.
∎ Ability to edit and proofread own work to eliminate careless errors instead of relying on an editor to fix them.
∎ Understanding of what SEO is and why it’s important.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 40000 (Monthly)
