- At least two years of experience writing articles for WordPress-related topics.
- You’ve used WooCommerce in some fashion; you understand what makes the right eCommerce store and what doesn’t.
- You understand SEO and its importance. You know how to research keywords and can use them in your content without overusing them.
- Have the ability to research and understand technical concepts, then explain in simple terms to people who aren’t tech-savvy.
- Ability to edit and proofread own work to eliminate careless errors instead of relying on an editor to fix them.
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and conducting keyword research to identify target keywords on a specific topic to plan and structure content accordingly.
- Writing engaging and accurate blog posts, reviews, and tutorials to guide WordPress users on their journey most effectively.
- Addressing the SEO requirements for each blog post and optimizing the content to ensure it reaches the right audience.
- Linking internally and externally to relevant content and resources throughout each article.
- Proofread and edit your work to ensure that it is free of errors and of the highest quality possible.
