Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress websites using custom themes or templates, ensuring responsiveness, functionality, and performance optimization.
∎ Customizing and extending WordPress plugins to meet specific project requirements.
∎ Collaborating with designers, content creators, and other team members to translate business objectives into effective and visually appealing websites.
∎ Conducting keyword research and on-page SEO audits to identify opportunities for optimization and improved organic rankings.
∎ Implementing technical SEO strategies, such as optimizing site structure, meta tags, schema markup, XML sitemaps, and website speed.
∎ Developing and executing off-page SEO strategies, including link building, content promotion, and social media integration.
∎ Monitoring website performance, analyzing data from tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, and generating regular reports to track SEO progress and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Staying up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
∎ Providing guidance and recommendations to internal stakeholders on website improvements, content optimization, and SEO strategies.
∎ Assisting with website maintenance tasks, such as backups, security updates, and bug fixes.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ An ideal candidate should:
∎ Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, with a focus on WordPress development.
∎ Strong knowledge of WordPress architecture, theming, and plugin development.
∎ Working knowledge of Angular JS/React JS or any well-known front-end web development framework.
∎ Knowledge and understanding of web hosting. Knowing Linux Servers is a plus.
∎ Familiarity with SEO tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz).
∎ Solid understanding of on-page and off-page SEO factors and best practices.
∎ Experience with keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO auditing.
∎ Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
∎ Effective communication, collaboration skills and a self-driven personality
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
