Additional Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of WordPress (themes/plugins); Divi is a plus
- Basic HTML & CSS knowledge; JavaScript/jQuery is a bonus
- Understanding of basic QA concepts (test cases, bug reporting, workflows)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Clear communication skills and eagerness to learn
Responsibilities & Context:
EchoaSoft is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive WordPress QA Engineer Intern to join our growing team. If you’re curious, eager to learn, and passionate about testing products, this is the perfect opportunity to kick-start your QA career!
Key Responsibilities:
Test WordPress, Divi, and Gutenberg-based plugins across different environments
Perform functional, usability, and regression testing
Assist in beta testing for new updates and Divi 5 compatibility
Validate UI/UX behavior inside Divi Builder, Gutenberg, and frontend
Reproduce bugs with proper steps, screenshots, or screen recordings
Log issues with severity, expected vs. actual results
Re-test fixes after developers resolve them
Monitor demo sites and report visible issues
Maintain structured test logs and update task status
Learn and apply QA workflows (functional, regression, compatibility)
Learn to use browser DevTools for basic debugging
