Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and maintain custom WordPress plugins with a focus on performance, security, and scalability
∎ Write clean, maintainable PHP and JavaScript code
∎ Optimize plugin performance and user experience
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users or the support team
∎ Collaborate with developers, designers, and support staff
∎ Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing
∎ Suggest improvements based on the latest WordPress trends
∎ Contribute to testing, debugging, and performance tuning
