Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, including themes and plugins
Manage all technical aspects of WordPress such as hosting, domains, backups, migrations, updates, and security
Ensure website performance, speed optimization, SEO, and mobile responsiveness
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues for clients and internal teams
Integrate third-party tools and APIs including payment gateways, marketing platforms, and CRMs
Take ownership of digital marketing activities including social media, Facebook boosting, and email marketing
Create and manage marketing databases and support online promotional campaigns
Write scripts and content for marketing materials, company brochures.
Design basic marketing creatives using Photoshop and Illustrator
Perform routine tasks assigned by management and provide regular feedback as required
Maintain sound knowledge of basic IT to support development and marketing work
