Job Responsibilities:
∎ To establish contacts and hold consultations with a view to maintain harmonious relations between the management and workers.
∎ Assist in grievance handling, reconciliation and maintaining a healthy workplace relationship between workers & Management.
∎ Conduct the awareness training program on rules and regulations as per Buyer's COC & law of the country.
∎ To keep coordination with the factory medical officer of the factory & ensures better treatment of workers.
∎ Ensure all over welfare activities as per Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and Labor Rules 2015.
∎ To look after the provision of amenities such as dining, adequate toilet facility, drinking water etc.
∎ To advice and brief workers on the use of PPE, machine guard, sanitation, fire safety etc.
∎ Handle all grievances as per labor laws.
∎ To maintain compliance as per company policy.
∎ To conduct orientation for new employees
∎ Advising Management on worker-related issues.
∎ Social Work / Social Welfare background candidates are encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge on Social Compliance Issues
∎ Must be conversant with Labor Laws 2006 (Amended 2013, 2018 & Rules 2015), buyer compliance and code of conduct and regulations of the country.
