∎ Masters/ MBA from any public/ reputed private Universities with good academic record.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure worker's health & safety.
∎ Arrange Workers motivational meeting.
∎ Arrange training program on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
∎ Attend and take necessary measures on the outcomes of Worker Participation Committee (WPC).
∎ Monitoring proper Child Care room of the factory.
∎ Follow up Maternity Leave as per policy for the female employees of the company.
∎ Arrange to attend for counseling with the workers on different issues.
∎ Arrange orientation program for the newly appointed employees of the company.
∎ Provide necessary assistance to the Compliance department as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Welfare
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Garments
∎ Minimum 2 years in a 100% export oriented textile industry.
∎ Should have very good command in English.
∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office application.
