• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

• Strong knowledge of market trends and developments in the denim industry

• Excellent leadership and management skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Must have passion for denim R&D and pilot wash development

• Very Good Computer Literacy

Job Context

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced R&D Department at our textile mill. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development of Dyeing products along with various shades ensuring that they are fashionable and meet market trends. He will also be responsible for upgrading technical aspects of Dyeing production.

Job Responsibilities

• Research market trends and new developments to create fashionable Dyeing products

• Preparing new collections for all customers of the company and presentation to the customer.

• Organize and support fabric development and denim wash development with designers and fabric/finish managers

• Preparing new collections for all customers of the company and presentation to the customer

• To prepare recipe and applications for Scraping, Bleaching, dyeing finishing and special effects for our collection and for customer productions.

• Neon, Pigment, Bleachable Reactive, Bleachable vintage dyes application in laboratory and in production to help customers in R&D and in their production processes.

• To adjust and apply sustainable, eco-friendly process to our customers

• To run trials for new application and new chemicals for fashion effects

• Oversee the development of denim products to ensure they meet quality standards

• Manage a team of professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that products are produced efficiently and effectively
