Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all over welfare activates as per Bangladesh labor Law-2006 and Labor rules 2015and Amendment 2022 (September) in the factory.
∎ To provide employee Training on Compliance related topic, policy &
∎ procedures.
∎ To ensure and implement different Buyers COC in the factory
∎ To take necessary step for audit conducted time to time and major role
∎ for social audit like BSCI, Sedex, GOTS, OCS, GRS etc.
∎ Make committee (Canteen, Grievance, Safety, Pc, Harassment etc.) and maintain record.
∎ Counseling and follow up pregnant workers
∎ Ensuring Maternity benefits as per Labour Law;
∎ Listening to workers and counseling them as well; Organizing meetings of WPC, EHS and OHS committees;
∎ Educate the workers about the rules & regulations, compliance issues, health &
∎ safety and first aid etc.
∎ Ensuring Proper communication between workers and management.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with factory staff and workers and handling grievances
∎ at the initial stage.
∎ Update Company policy as needed. are of washroom, canteen, childcare, water supply, restroom and maintain a register.
∎ Helping all worker about leave and maintain a register.
∎ Training all employees and maintain a register.
∎ Work to develop a worker-owner relationship and good communication.
∎ Works to get types of employees right properly.
∎ Work to ensure good health and a safe environment in the workplace.
∎ Ensure children in the facility, lead baby-care personally.
∎ To provide them guidance/ assistance in availing Medical service, Housing, Education, Canteen facilities
∎ and their legal assistance.
∎ To advised and brief workers on the use of PPE, machine guard, sanitation, fire safety etc.
∎ Involve in the manpower recruitment process and the take new employee orientation.
∎ Ensure all necessary benefits for getting all workers properly.
∎ Ensure no physical or sexual abuse in the workplace.
∎ Ensure all employees right as per labor law.
∎ Any other task or responsibilities assigned by the management
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly compliance status and progress reports by factory.
∎ Effectively communicate with suppliers, 3rd party auditors, and brands on compliance matters.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ In-depth experience in conducting social compliance audits.
∎ Sound knowledge of Structural, fire & Safety audits
∎ Good knowledge of computers, office systems, and relevant working tools
∎ Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla
∎ Fluent in spoken and written English as ours is an English working environment.
∎ Excellent report writing skills- (Compliance audit reports).
